Benz Origins

Benz Real Estate was founded in 2020 in Dubai by its founder Architect Omar BenAzzouz. Many elements have played a big role in building the ideas that was behind establishing the company. 

One of the main reasons was that we believe that every human being should have the ability to own his\her own property. In order to achieve that, we needed to understand the market very well in order to provide opportunities for every person who has the intention to grow up and own his\her own property, whether to live or to invest in it.

Another reason, we needed to provide investors who buy lands to build and sell the required knowledge. Investors need to know exactly of how much their real design would actually be sold or leased for, how long would it take, what are layouts that has high demands for buyers and what are considered hard to sell. Therefore, we needed to establish a company that combines what engineering firms and real estate companies can povide.

These and many other reasons empowered the idea of creating a company that focuses on supporting our society, lift the ambitious ones and provide simple solutions to turn tenants into owners.
